Meet The Real-Life Vampire Who Drinks Her Boyfriend’s Blood

This story is not for the faint hearted. A Brisbane woman has admitted to living like a real-life vampire. She says she drinks blood from her boyfriend on a weekly basis and avoids the sun at all costs.

Brisbane make-up artist Georgina Condon became interested in drinking blood at just 12 years of age. Now 39 the self-employed businesswoman says she requires blood for her medical heredity disorder, thalassemia and without it she struggles to cope with anaemia.

'I can become moody and in extremes lethargic wanting to sleep a lot,' she told Daily Mail Australia.

'The high from drinking blood is as good as sex. I would put them on par. It is mainly arousal and joy,' she continued.

The real-life vampire got her fist taste of blood at 17 from a 'female donor.' She insists it's not about the gore and the donor "enjoyed being drunk from."

She says her boyfriend of nearly three years, who she met at a Bloodlust Ball in Brisbane, allows her to drink his blood directly from a wound created by cutting his skin with a sterile razor blade.

'It is not daily as that would be far too much a burden on his body, leading to way too many wounds,' Ms Condon said.

'I try on a weekly basis but it is hard on him and we don't have a set time such as "dinner time" that would be strange.'

The 39-year-old has also avoided the sun for the last 20 years, having suffered from solar dermatitis her whole adult life.
