Golfers Stunned To Discover Python Swallowing Wallaby WHOLE
Imagine walking along your golf course and being stunned to see, oh I don’t know… a HUGE PYTHON CHOKING DOWN A WALLABY IN ONE, SLOW, TERRIFYING GULP.
Well that’s what putters at a golf course in Far North Queensland discovered over the weekend.
The four-metre scrub python was gulping down on the wallaby in the middle of the fairway on the 17th hole at Paradise Palms golf course in Cairns.
You know over here there are ducks on some courses?— #GCW (@gcw) December 13, 2016

Local golfer Robert Willemse was the man who snapped the, forgive me, but GROSS shot, and said he was alerted to the incident by another group of golfers.
"They shouted us over and said 'There's a python having a go at a wallaby'," he told the Cairns Post.
"The python swallowed it and rolled into the creek, then snuck back into the bush. It must have gone for a rest for the next few days."
Paradise Palms general manager Declan McCollam said that wildlife is part and parcel on the green, and bandicoots, wild dogs and foxes are also regularly spotted, according to Pedestrian. "We see a lot of pythons out here," he said.
"That's the first time we have actually seen one devour a fellow animal on the golf course."
And hopefully the LAST.
