Devastating News For Fans Of Dawson's Creek
We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if you’re a Dawson’s Creek fan anticipating the show to drop a revival series, don’t hold your breath.
Kate Holmes has singlehandedly broken the hearts of DC fans worldwide, announcing that she is NOT on board for a revival. Devastating, we know.
The actress, who played Joey Potter in the hit 90’s drama, crushed all hope, telling SiriusXM’s Just Jenny Show: “I don’t think we’re going to do a reunion.”
"We did grow up, but we see each other every now and then. I think that the charm of the show was Kevin Williamson’s writing, and it was of that time, and it gave teenagers this voice. It was a very, very special time — a special show and I loved every minute of it,” she explained.
But while an official reunion is definitely not on the cards, it isn’t all bad.
Michelle Williams and James Van Der Beek — aka Jen and Dawson – had a mini reunion of sorts over the weekend.
The pair had a very adorable moment at a party for Michelle’s new movie Manchester by the Sea, where they were photographed together for the first time since 2003.
And if this doesn’t help you get over the grief, here is some advice from Andie herself...
"Letting go isn't a one time thing, its something you do everyday, over and over again."
