Blogger Plans To Document Her WHOLE Labour Via Snapchat

What happens in the labour ward stays in the labour ward, right?

Nope. Not according to The Young Mummy, Sophie Cachia!

The blogger is getting ready for baby number two and has announced she plans to do something rather unusual during her labour.

She plans to Snapchat the WHOLE thing!

Well except for the parts that would involve close-ups of her “va-jay-jay” that is…

Taking to Instagram, the 26-year-old revealed her plans promising there would be “no edits” and “no filters”.

“I've spent days, weeks, months & years TRYING to describe certain things to family, friends & followers about the beautiful / hideous process that labour is - so I want to go further and document it live in video format for the world to see and share in the beautiful moment that birth is,” she wrote.

PS: did you know I plan to document the magical process of labour via Snapchat? I've spent days, weeks, months & years TRYING to describe certain things to family, friends & followers about the beautiful / hideous process that labour is - so I want to go further and document it live in video format for the world to see and share in the beautiful moment that birth is. No, no va-jay-jay close ups will be highlighted so you can all be at ease. But there will be no edits, no filters, no worries on my behalf as I concentrate on my #1 job that day - and it's to bring a healthy bub safely into the world. EDIT: this is my PLAN. We all know re labour not everything always goes to PLAN, so if it's a very quick or risky labour, we will be passing and concentrating on bub. I'll be delivering at the @theroyalwomens. Have had a magnificent experience there so far, can't wait for that to continue 👏🏼❤️ SNAPCHAT: sophcachia

The Melbourne mum did admit her plans could change however.

“We all know re labour not everything always goes to PLAN, so if it's a very quick or risky labour, we will be passing and concentrating on bub,” she admitted.

Now 36 weeks into her pregnancy, it won’t be long till her plan comes to fruition.

The question is – just what will she deliver (on Snapchat!) when those contractions start… because the only thing we’d be wanting is the gas! ;)
