The Secret Behind The Bachelorette Sam's Body Transformation
If you're not already totally hooked on The Bachelorette, get on it, cause it's literally the best thing since sliced bread.
Sam Frost (publicly dumped on last years The Bachelor) is everyone's favourite and relatable go-to gal.
And, from last season, she is looking seriously HOT.
However we have noticed quite a drop in her weight since she was last on TV.
But we are pleased to say, her personal trainer has confirmed it is definitely only down to exercise and healthy eating... go Sam!
Cosmopolitan asked Australian Institute of Fitness graduate, Blake Worrall-Thompson (shame about his name..!) to reveal ALL of Sam's body secrets..
"When I first met Sam, she had lost a lot of fitness. As a personal trainer, we know it's not realistic to change clients overnight so it was a case of gradually improving her fitness levels with consistent training."
He mentioned that while Sam was filming The Bachelor she didn't do a huge amount of exercise.
According to PT Blake, she was also eating a lot of breads, pastas and chocolate.
Now, a typical eating plan for Sam looks like:
Breakfast: 2 eggs, smoked salmon, spinach & potato
Post-training: Pea Protein, greens powder, water, ice and frozen berries
Lunch: Chicken salad with tomato, avocado, kale, cucumber, capsicum
Dinner: Salmon and steamed greens (broccoli, zucchini, peas)
