Trailer For Queer Eye For The Straight Guy Reboot Is SO SAD
The beloved Queer Eye For The Straight Guy series is making a comeback - and woah Nelly, the tears are flowing already.
No Carson Kressley in sight, the show has an entirely new cast consisting of five gay men who excel in a particular area, just like in the initial series.
We’ve got Bobby Berk (interior design), Karamo Brown (culture), Antoni Porowski (food and wine), Jonathan Van Ness (grooming) and Tan France (fashion).
The new series is set in Atlanta Georgia - and the audience has been quite surprised how emotional they got by just the trailer.
It seems average American men bettering themselves is the ingredient to major pulling of the heartstrings.
The Netflix press release, states that the guys "will forge relationships with men and women from a wide array of backgrounds and beliefs often contrary to their own, touching on everything from LGBTQ rights and social commentary to how to make the best farm-to-table guacamole."
The series will be eight episodes, according to a report on Cosmopolitan.com (where else?), and will premiere on Netflix on February 7.
Hold on to your (suede) hats.
