The Deadpool 2 Teaser Trailer Has Just Dropped

Okay we know what you're thinking. This isn't really a teaser trailer for Deadpool 2. Some sicko who knows we've been waiting on tenterhooks for this is taking the piss and getting our hopes up...Because that's exactly what we were thinking after pressing play on this video.

Why is Deadpool wearing a frizzy afro? Why is he painting? And why, oh why, does he have a weird accent?! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO RYAN REYNOLDS????

All things we were trying to work out while watching the absurdity that was occurring in front of us.

But nope, this is definitely the real deal, and it appears that the creators have taken a turn into the surreal (for those of you who did drama in high school, you'd know that basically this means they can be really, really weird and theatre folk will call it artsy...).

Apparently, it's meant to be a take on PBS artist Bob Ross (If you don't who that is, check out the image below...okay now we understand the afro), who was an American art instructor on the show 'The Joy Of Painting'.

But why they chose to make this the focus of the teaser trailer, we have no clue on that one yet sorry guys.

Wait, what was that at 1 min 30 sec? Oh thank goodness some action! Finally we see Deadpool in all of his glory shooting guns, blowing things up and just being extremely bad ass.

We even see some other characters from the movie during the montage, including Cable (Josh Brolin), Negasonic Teenage Warhead (Brianna Hildebrand) and Blind Al (Leslie Uggams).

But then we return back to some more artistic musings from a very strange Deadpool/Bob Ross impersonator. Yeah, we're not really sure what to think right now.

But hey, if this film is anything like the first, it's going to be an absolute cracker. And obviously we know that Ryan Reynolds loves a good joke, so surely that's all that's going in this teaser!

After all, he ends it with "Hugs not drugs"...Yep he's definitely taking the piss!
