The Block DISASTER That Has Led To A Team Having Worst Room

Last night was a bit of a disaster on the Block for two of the couples.

Dan and Carleen and Julia and Sasha were out of the running for the weekly $10K prize almost instantly as they failed to deliver finished rooms.

It actually leads to one of the lowest scores EVER on the Block for Dan and Carleen, who only got 11/30.

The baby boomers came nowhere close to finishing their rooms after running into problems with their floors.

"Their living space was one of the chic-est spaces I've seen on The Block and this isn't that," Darren Palmer said.

It wasn’t such bad news for Queenslanders Will and Karlie, who came out on top in the restricted field, with their stylish and sophisticated entry.

"There is so much class in here," judge Shaynna Blaze said.

"You can imagine opening the door to your own private oasis."

Neale Whitaker said the couple’s consistency great styling will put them in good stead when it comes to auction day.

"I think it is going to have buyer appeal; it appeals to me," he said.

"It feels sophisticated and very on target for a potential buyer."

This upcoming week the teams will need to regroup to renovate their kitchens in what has been dubbed the show's "hell week".

The Block continues at 7:30PM tonight on Channel Nine.
