MAFS Andrew Has Been Forced To Make Huge Move

Married At First Sight’s Andrew Jone has ‘hone into hiding’ and shut down his social media following fan backlash over his treatment of wife Cheryl.

After Tuesday night’s controversial episode, the fireman deleted his Instagram and went off the grid.

Andrew confirmed that he went into hiding to NW magazine, saying 'I haven't left the house'.

His social media account ended up coming back up on Wednesday but was set to private. It is thought that he may have deleted it initially as a response to trolling messages.

The drama is over his behaviour on Sunday night’s ‘boys night’ episode where he launched into a verbal attack on on-screen wife, Cheryl Maitland.

The 38-year-old made fun of Cheryl’s intelligence and pretended to grope her before saying he considers himself single.

After Cheryl had discovered Andrew had made comments about her, she confronted him at the dinner party about the night's events.

But Andrew refused to admit any wrongdoing, lying to the 25-year-old and saying that she was 'full of s***'.

Only Sean and Simon stood by what happened and are now the heroes of Australia, with viewers saying ''Sad reflection of the boys on MAFS tonight. It was 'just a boys night'. Forgot that they are supposed to be men. Good on you Shaun (sic) and Simon,'

Married At First Sight continues on Channel Nine on Sunday.
