MAFS 'Hot Brother' Slapped With An AVO By Ex-Girlfriend

The ex-girlfriend of Jessika Power's brother, Rhyce, has reportedly been successful in obtaining an AVO against the Married At First Sight star.

The Daily Mail report that the 28-year-old has been banned from contacting his ex-girlfriend after reportedly assaulting her while attending a fitness training camp in Thailand.

The physical altercation left 24-year-old model Vanessa Sierra packing her bags, and heading back to Australia to file an apprehended violence order.

After Sierra's allegations were made public, Power released a statement on his Instagram account denying the claims.

"There's always two sides to every story, and everyone needs to believe that," he explained.

"Everyone's jumped on the bandwagon without even hearing my side of the story - which I understand - if a girl makes an allegation about a claim [sic], whether it's an attractive girl or any girl, everyone's going to jump on the bandwagon, and I fully understand that."

He continued: "I need to fly to Victoria about the AVO allegations, but according to my ex's social media posts, she's in Melbourne.

"I have no intention of making her feel uncomfortable and fly there, so I will wait until she has left the state.

"I'm hoping New South Wales police will share the allegations and claims with me, and I can take them to court and deal with them appropriately."

The publication reports that Power was "served his intervention order via email last Thursday."

The 28-year-old finished his statement by threatening to unearth some of his ex-girlfriend's wrongdoings.

"This is me now explaining myself," he said.

"I don't want to drag [Vanessa] through the mud given her past and what she's done, but if needs be, I have the proof and evidence to do that."
