The Bachelorette Australia Is Changing

The new season of The Bachelorette could well be the most interesting yet, as it has been reported that producers are looking for both sexes to apply.

Channel Ten are looking for both men and women to go on the 2017 version of the show, according to Castasugar.com.

The application on Castasugar requires contestants to list how many sexual partners they have had and whether they’re male or female.

'If you’re searching for that special someone and looking for love … Then the next season of The Bachelorette is casting right now,' the application reads.

'We are looking for: Single women between the ages of 25-35. Single men between the ages of 22-35.

The same application has been removed from another casting site Star Now and replaced with another application, only asking for men to apply.

Budding TV stars must also answer whether they follow their ‘heart or head’ when it comes to love and reveal if they have any ‘skeletons’ in their closet.

We will find out who the new Bachelorette is soon, with the Bachelor already filming!
