Geordie Shore's Marnie's Heartbreaking Admission
She is normally smack bang in the middle of whatever drama happens to be going down in the Geordie Shore house, but Marnie Simpson has showed off her softer side in a candid interview with Closer magazine.
Talking about the numerous cosmetic procedures she has undergone since joining the reality show in 2015, Marnie revealed that she has serious regrets about most of her decisions.
"I know I went overboard with my lips; and with liposuction, I felt like I'd been in a car crash afterwards," the 25-year-old said.
"I was left with all these lumps and bumps. I thought, 'Why have I done this?'
"I've ruined my looks."
But Marnie, who has been diagnosed with body dysmorphia, also admitted that she couldn't stop herself.
"I always find things wrong with me and it's taking all my willpower not to have any more surgery," she continued.
"I've had all the lip filler removed, but I want my chin shaved for a more chiselled look - though I don't want to end up like a robot and ruining my looks even further."
Body dysmorphia is an anxiety disorder, which causes the sufferer to have a distorted view of how they look and to dedicate a lot of time to worrying how they look.
